Posters Guidelines
Important requirements for final validation
The guidelines below must be strictly followed for the presentation of your poster at Cosm’Innov 2026.
Submission deadline: Your poster materials must be sent to m.shema@clq-group.com no later than May 4, 2026. Important: There will be no deadline extensions.
Digital posters
- Online display: A dedicated section on the congress platform will display digital posters for remote participants.
- Format: A digital poster must be submitted by email in A4 PDF format only. You are free to use your own design.

Printed posters
- Print Beforehand: We kindly ask you to print your poster in accordance with the instructions below. There will be no on-site printing facilities, so you are required to bring your poster already printed.
- Posters cost: Please note that participants are responsible for covering their own poster printing costs.
- Format: Portrait orientation, 140 cm high × 90 cm wide (1.40 × 0.90 m).
- Installation:
- Tuesday, May 19, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Wednesday, May 20, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
Upon your arrival, please check in at the reception desk. The organizers will guide you to the exhibition area assigned to your poster. Please keep your poster reference number handy to easily locate your display space. Mounting materials will be provided by the organizers.
Posters will be displayed throughout the entire congress in the designated area on both days. We kindly ask that you remain near your poster during breaks to present it and engage with participants.
Poster Removal: Thursday, May 21, no later than 5:30 PM (removal begins at 4:30 PM). Posters not collected by this time will be discarded.
