Oral presentation instructions
Important requirements for final validation
To uphold the high scientific standards of COSM’INNOV, your inclusion in the final program is subject to strict adherence to the following guidelines :
1. Submission deadline: Your presentation materials must be sent in PowerPoint format to m.shema@clq-group.com no later than May 6, 2026 (two weeks prior to the congress).
2. Presentation format & editorial guidelines: To ensure the program remains focused on research rather than promotion, we have deliberated on the use of a mandatory template. While we have decided to allow you the freedom to use your own design, the following rules must be respected:
- No corporate logos (permitted only on the final "Thank You" slide).
- No commercial product names or trademarks.
- No corporate introductory slides (e.g., company history, production site maps, organizational charts, or general activities).
- An exclusive focus on scientific methodology and results.
COSM’INNOV is a forum for scientists, by scientists. Our audience attends to discover your research, not your corporate profile.
Please note: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to remove any communication from the final program that is not submitted by the deadline or fails to comply with these editorial guidelines.
